Dennis Duffy
Double D seen here following the awards ceremony at the 2008 APF/AAPF Mid-West Powerlifting Championships

Dennis Duffy (aka, Dennisaurous Rex, Double D) is an AAPF IL State Bench Press Champion in the 110KG division.  Dennis has the perfect build for benching with thick wrists, and short arms.  He locks out nearly 550LB and once he gets into a shirt he is 500LB bound.  Watch out for D-Rex as he will have a great future as a bencher (and the "nicest guy in powerlifting!").
