Rules and Regulations
Yep. Just
like everything else in life, Powerlifting has its own set of rules and
regulations. And to top that, just about each Federation has ITS
own set of rules and regulations. Good news is, most are pretty much
the same. Bad news is, if you don't know which Fed allows what, you
are in trouble :-)
