These programs are Excel spreadsheets
that only require you to enter your max. The program will produce
all the numbers you need. You will probably need to adjust your numbers
to weights that you can produce in the gym (i.e., if your number
is 111.6 you will have to decide whether to do 110 or go up to 115).
